We surprised Eric, Randy and Amanda Friday morning. When they got up to go to school we told them they were coming with us to Seattle instead. We have tickets for Mariner's and the BYU/Huskie's game.

If you look real close you can see the lizard hiding in the rocks.

My new camera has a function on it that lets me take three pictures and then stitches them together. This is a picture of Columbia River.

Mariners

Jeff finally got me to a Mariner's game at Safeco Field. They almost had a no hitter. Evidentally it was very exciting!! I did have fun.

Amanda, Nathan, Tyler and Dad Whittle.

Rise and Shout

It's been about 14 years since I've seen BYU live. So when the Alumni contacted us about tickets we jumped at the chance. We got tickets for us the 3 kids, two of Jeff's brothers -Tyler and Nathan, and Dad Whittle. We also got tickets for the tailgate party before the game. It was lots of fun to go and make lots of noise for BYU. There were lots of BYU fans at the game. Eric is a Husky fan so he didn't do much cheering.

Did I mention that I'm a huge football fan?

Final score BYU 28-Huskies 27.
I thought this was a totally cool picture of Mt. Rainer.

This was the view we had from our seats at the game.

Update

If you remember a couple of months back I told you Jeff was having some medical problems and they were running tests. We found out that he is pre-diabetic. They have him on medication and are treating him as a diabetic. He was only two points away from being diabetic. His eyesight is better now and he's lost 11 pounds. We've been learning to do without sugar but I am in dire need of any low sugar recipes. If you have any send them. The hardest part has been getting him on a regular eating schedule.
We had some really cool clouds the other night. I got this picture of one of them.

1st Day of School

School has started. Eric, Randy and Amanda are at the high school. Kevin is at the Middle School. Brenda and Todd are at Arcadia (grades 3-5) and Jason is at the Elementary. They put me right to work and I substituted the first three days.
